In August 2012, Ideal Response were called out to an emergency at a Maserati Car Showroom in South Kensington, London. Our quick response ensured that the flood damage repair resulted in minimal and minor disruption to our client’s businesses.

 THE PROBLEM

Ideal Response received an urgent call from Mr. Longfield, a member of staff at the Maserati dealership. Water was pouring into the showroom from a storm drain and they needed an emergency flood cleanup service to remove the flood waters.

Some parts of the building were locked, so our dedicated team returned to site the next day to assess and clean two further office areas. Our dehumidifiers remained on site for a further week to ensure that the building was completely dry and there was no risk of secondary damage such as mould.
